Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey completed on July 1, 2022 found that VNA Private Duty, Inc., had corrected the deficiency cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite relicensure survey completed on April 29, 2022.
